Room Guarantee & Cancellation Policy
All ‘no show’ reservations will be billed to each individual’s credit card. The cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge equal to one night’s room and applicable taxes.
The “cut-off date” for accepting reservations into this room block is Friday, Feb. 24, 2017.
After cut off date, reservation requests will be accepted at the Hotel’s prevailing rate, based on availability.
