By participating in any and all activities related to the AAHB annual meeting, attendees agree to adhere to the professional standards set forth by the Academy. Discrimination and harassment will not be tolerated. Attendees are expected to engage with all affiliates including other attendees, speakers, AAHB leaders and staff, and hotel staff, in a manner that is courteous, respectful, and professional.
The Academy encourages dissemination of information for legitimate scientific discourse. However, attendees are prohibited from sharing personal or private information about attendees without explicit permission. Presentation materials may not be reproduced without proper attributions, citations, or permissions from the presenter, as appropriate.
AAHB staff may photograph or record an event or session during meeting proceedings. By participating in the annual meeting, you consent to being photographed or recorded during and in connection with the meeting. AAHB may use your likeness and image for any and all promotional, educational, or professional purposes.
